What was the goal of your collaboration?
We switched to Online:Digital X because we wanted to achieve better results with our stores in terms of visibility, rankings and ultimately conversions. We have achieved all of these goals. It was openly communicated to us from the beginning that this cannot be a short-term measure, but requires continuous work over a longer period of time. The consistent work and patience have paid off absolutely positively.
What did you enjoy most during your collaboration?
The open and honest communication, which has led to extraordinary results. The meetings (previously in person, now online) have also always been conducted in a relaxed, friendly and yet constructive atmosphere.
Are there opportunities for improvement?
In the past, these were brought directly to OnlineDigital X’s attention and in most cases implemented directly. (e.g. the support of the Shopware account).
